  • On the day of departure, the 'Local Tour Operator' host obligation shall be limited to providing breakfast only and any extra requirments shall be payable on usage basis.

  • The list of hotels and lodges approved to provide accommodations all listed on Bhutan Government Tourism Department's website. If your accommodation is not listed on Tourism Department's website then it is not licensed cater for international tourists.

  1. Visa Extension                                                                                                           

  2. In the case of visa extension, Resa Tours and Travels Private Limited  will be submit a new application to Tourism Council of Bhutan for processing. Any additional tour cost that may be incurred shall be paid by the visitors to Resa Tours and Travel Private Limited before the resubmission of the application. However, in the event of any changes made with regard to the extension of Visa after the arrival of the tourists into Bhutan, the Resa Tours and Travel/Tour Operator should go to Tourism Council of Bhutan to make the necessary changes. The extension will be subject to approval by Department Of Immigration, Royal Government of Bhiutan.

  3. Postponement or cancellation of a Tour                                                                    

  4. The Resa Tours and Travel (Local Tour Operators in Bhutan) shall provide a cancellation policy. The Resa Tours and Travel (the Local Tour Operator) to inform the guest about any cancellations which must be agreed upon by the Tourist(s) prior to the materialization of your visit.

  5. A tour programme, once booked can only be postponed for a maximum period of one calendar year. If the tour does not materialize within the stipulated time, the payment shall be directly refunded to the clients. 

  6. Once the cancellation is confirmed, Royal Government of Bhutan/Tourism Council of Bhutan will transfer the tour payment directly to the Tourist. However, charges for the transfer of money will be deducted from the amount to be refunded and Visa Fees shall be non- refundable
